HOW TO ORDER

1) Select Canvas Size, Material (Canvas, Framed Canvas, Poster, Framed Poster)

2)Upload a photo 

3) Option to preview the portrait via email:If you have selected "yes" to preview the portrait via email before printing, we'll reach out to you in approximately 1 - 3 business days after ordering with a sample/mockup of the portrait via email.  You must get back to us within 48 hours with feedback.  If you would like us to make any changes, you can share your feedback via email within 48 hours of us sending the sample/mockup of the portrait via email.

If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours after we email you or if we receive confirmation from you regarding the sample mockup of the portrait, we assume you like the painting and may process or hold your order until we hear from you.  

NOTE: You will not be able to view the painting immediately upon uploading the photo here.  Our artists have to transform your photo into a painting using digital watercolor techniques.  However, we do have the option for you to preview via email as stated above.

PORTRAIT MATERIAL OPTIONS:

Option #1: CANVAS DETAILS (No Frame):

• 100% Cotton fabric
• Closed Back
• Built with a patented solid support face
• For indoor use
• The canvas border is white by default on the sides after your portrait is printed on the front. If you prefer the image to expand across on the sides, please contact us in the comments to the artist. 
• Depth of canvas for any size: approximately 1.25"

Option #2: FRAMED CANVAS DETAILS:

This framed canvas will always look elegant, as tight and flat as the day it was made. We build each frame with a solid face to support the canvas so it will prevent the canvas from deforming. Frames come in beautiful walnut. Canvas details are the same as above.

• Poplar wood frame
• Colors: Walnut or Black

Option #3: POSTER DETAILS (no frame):

Posters are printed on the highest quality, museum-grade paper which is known to be archival. These posters could be stored for a long time without fading or turning yellow. Comes in various sizes. You could decorate any room or your kid's room with posters to create a wonderful, cozy personalized environment.

• How to hang the poster? You could use double-sided tape, tacks, or framed.

Available in different sizes and 3 frame colors. These framed posters make a great personalized statement wherever you hang them., We use archive-worthy ink and photo paper to enrich any prints.

What is included in this purchase? The digital watercolor portrait painting of your uploaded photo will be printed on the material and size you've purchased.  Your item will be shipped to your address.

Our team may use similar, same, or different techniques in digital watercolor than shown in the samples in the listing at our discretion. If you have any preferences, please feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering. We'll share a sample proof via email prior to finalizing the work; the customer must reply within 48 hours of the email if any changes need to be made to the portrait.

Photo submitted must be of high resolution. If we find the photo not meeting the resolution quality needed; we will ask for another via email and or cancel and refund the order. The digital portrait colors and techniques used for the image are at the discretion of the shop's artist and team. We do not guarantee replication of the photo you provide as the digital watercolor portrait is an artwork itself which is at the discretion of the shop artist. If you have any preferences, please reach out to us prior to ordering.

Gift messages and gift wrap are not included. We do not guarantee a deliver-by date as unexpected delays are possible i.e. during transit.
