Our standard canvas is made from a finely textured artist-grade cotton substrate which shows the portrait with excellent quality and detail.
HOW TO ORDER
1) Select Canvas Size
2) UPLOAD PHOTO: Upload a photo with high resolution.
3) OPTION TO PREVIEW THE PORTRAIT SAMPLE via EMAIL: If you have selected "yes" to preview via email, we'll reach out to you in approximately 1 - 3 business days after ordering with a sample/mockup of the portrait via email. Replying back to our email is optional. If you would like us to make any changes, you can share your feedback via email within 24 hours of us sending the sample/mockup of the portrait via email.
If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours after we email you or if we receive confirmation from you regarding the sample mockup of the portrait, we will proceed to process your order.
What is included in this purchase? The digital watercolor portrait will be printed on the canvas size selected and shipped.

-The canvas border is white by default on the sides after your portrait is printed on the front. If you prefer the image to expand across on the sides, please contact us prior to ordering.

Our team may use similar, same, or different techniques in digital watercolor than shown in the samples in the listing at our discretion. If you have any preferences, please feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering. We'll share a sample proof via email prior to finalizing the work; the customer must reply within 24 hours of the email if any changes need to be made to the portrait.
Photo submitted must be of high resolution. If we find the photo not meeting the resolution quality needed; we will ask for another via email and or cancel and refund the order. The digital portrait colors and techniques used for the image are at the discretion of the shop's artist and team. We do not guarantee replication of the photo you provide as the digital watercolor portrait is an artwork itself which is at the discretion of the shop artist. If you have any preferences, please reach out to us prior to ordering.
Ship from location will be from the USA. Ship from the city, state location with the USA may vary from the listing location depending on where our production assistant is shipping from.
Gift messages and gift wrap are not included. We do not guarantee a deliver-by date as unexpected delays are possible i.e. during transit.
